How to import data from one Google Sheets to another

3 different ways to import data from Google Sheets

1. Import data into another tab in Google Sheets

You can copy a cell in the same sheet or another using the "equal" sign and by selecting the right cell or writing its name where you want to import it.

=CELL or =SHEET!CELL

You want to import these data:

Click on the tab where you want to import the data, and choose the cell corresponding:

Now, you can extend your formulas to show the data you want:

2. Import data from one Google Sheets to another

You can use the following formula to import data from another Google Sheets.

=IMPORTRANGE("Google Sheets URL","Sheet!Cell")

Don't forget to add quotes before and after your URL and range string.

In your new Google Sheets document, insert your IMPORTRANGE formulas:

Then, this error will appear, you should allow access to the data:

Your data have been imported!

3. Import data on Google Sheets
