Quick steps to create a LinkedIn Pages report with Google Sheets:

You can easiliy create a LinkedIn Pages report following this step :

  1. Get informations from the data integration from our LinkedIn Pages connector.
  2. Create a source on catchr.io.
  3. Download our Google Sheets extensions.
  4. Configure and run your request

How to install Google Sheets Catchr Add-on.

To start exporting your LinkedIn Pages data to Google Sheets, you need to install the Catchr add-on. You currently have two options :

Option A: Via the marketplace:

  1. Visit the Catchr Add-on page on the Google Workspace Marketplace and click "Install."
  2. Grant the necessary permissions for the add-on.
  3. Upon successful installation, open a Google Sheets to proceed.

Option B: Directly within a Google Sheets:

  1. Open a new Google Sheets.
  2. In the top menu, click "Extensions", then hover over "Add-ons" and select "Get add-ons."
  3. Search for "Catchr" and choose "Catchr - data connector."
  4. Click "Install" and grant the required permissions.
  5. Close the installation pop-up when completed.
  6. Start using the Catchr add-on.

Once you have installed the add-on, you can start making requests.

How to connect your LinkedIn Pages account to Google Sheets

Add a source on Catchr

To begin, navigate to the Catchr homepage and locate the Source option in the left-side menu. Once there, click on Add a Source located at the top right corner of your screen. Choose LinkedIn Pages as your platform and proceed with the authentication steps to link Catchr with LinkedIn Pages.

Create a New Query

Launch Google Sheets and access the Catchr feature from the menu bar. Click on New Query to initiate the process of importing your LinkedIn Pages data.

In the query creator, you'll have the option to select LinkedIn Pages as your data source. If it isn't already listed, you can easily add it by selecting the "+" icon.

Select Your Account(s)

Move to the Select account(s) section and pick the LinkedIn Pages account(s) whose data you wish to analyze.

Choose Metrics and Dimensions

Continue to the Metrics and Dimensions section to select the specific data points you are interested in. Below are examples of metrics and dimensions you might find valuable:
